Who’s Behind KPI52?
KPI52 was founded by two professionals with deep, complementary expertise, in Facilities Management strategy and enterprise software development. Together, they bring the industry insight and technical firepower needed to build a platform that transforms performance management from a checkbox exercise into a powerful operational tool.

Islam is a senior consultant and project leader with over 12 years of experience across Facilities Management, Real Estate, and Capital Projects throughout the GCC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Master’s in Project & Operations Management, and an MBA in Technology and Innovation, combining deep technical understanding with strategic foresight.

Sharif is a senior software engineer and systems architect with over a decade of experience building scalable, enterprise-grade platforms across sectors such as healthcare, banking, and government services. He holds a degree in Computer Science and has led end-to-end development on high-impact projects, combining technical depth with a strong product mindset.
